Courier pickup and return service is available only by subscription at $25 per year (currently £25.00 per year).


Boomerang Courier Service

Door-to-door courier collection and delivery is an optional additional service

We realise it’s sometimes difficult to wait at home for couriers so we can often collect and deliver from other places like work or school.

We’ve partnered with the most reliable couriers to bring you the best service.

A Courier Service That You Can Trust

Our service is designed to collect and return small items up to about 5 kilograms (11lbs) within the same country the item was found in. It helps if you know the weight and dimensions of your found item to book it for shipping using one of our courier companies.

How does it work?

  1. Your lost item is found.
  2. We put you in touch with the finder.
  3. You and the finder arrange for the return of your item.
  4. You request a courier from Bontag
  5. The courier collects your item from the finder.
  6. We issue your tracking information.
  7. The item is delivered to your door.
  8. We do our very best to keep you and the finder informed at each stage.


When do we collect and deliver?

Our couriers collect and deliver packages Monday to Friday between 9am-6pm excluding public holidays.

We understand how important it is for you to get a more specific time for collection and delivery so where possible we will provide direct contact information of the chosen courier.


Drop off points

If courier collection from home, workplace or school is not a suitable option, many drop off points are available worldwide where you can simply leave the pre-paid package at your own convenience.

Drop off point locations are available when a request for a courier is made.



Our courier deliveries are tracked.

We will issue tracking information to you as soon as we have it for you to follow the journey as your found item makes its way back to you.
